The office staff and technicians are always so nice! Anyone that has arrived to treat my residence has been kind, helpful and personable. Shout out to Billy, my current tech, he's awesome! He always takes the time to answer any questions I may have and I never feel rushed or like I'm just a name on the list of places they need to get through that day. I have termite and pest control contract with Russell's and they have been amazing at keeping the insects at bay and are very accommodating and affordable. There hasn't been one solicitor cold calling at my door that could ever come close to their pricing and even if they did, I wouldn't change!
