Love Russell's! The office staff is great - always professional and courteous. I've had the pleasure of working with Shirley, George, Stacy, and Michelle, and they have all been so helpful and kind. The technicians have always been wonderful to work with. Billy delivers high-quality service and goes the extra mile to provide peace of mind. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the steps he's following/products he's using to ensure the safety of our babies and pets. We had an inspection with Paul, and although the circumstances of our pest issue were not ideal, he provided complete reassurance that our home is in good hands with Russell's. He was thorough and gave detailed explanations of the recommended treatments to keep our home and family safe. Billy and Paul bring a level of care and attention you don't often find in the service industry. Highly recommend Russell's for your pest control (and crawl space) needs!

I have used Russell's pest control for years. My very first tech was Sherry woolard and she did an outstanding job. Since then I've had some decent texts. They don't do a bad job, they're just usually not very early and not as thorough as she was. Until today, our new tech Billy arrived, right on time early as could be. Which is a very convenient when I have a schedule that I like to start early. He was thorough and very interested in customer service and I couldn't be pleased more.

The office and pest control staff are always so nice! Anyone that has arrived to treat my residence has been kind and helpful. Shout out to Billy that treated my home today! I have termite and pest control contract with Russell's and they have been amazing at keeping the insects at bay and are very accommodating and affordable. There hasn't been one solicitor cold calling at my door that could ever come close to their pricing and even if they did, I wouldn't change!

She made sure we understood what service she was doing and asked about any pest concerns. Got to work quickly and provided external service to our home.
