What should I expect when I have an inspection?
When you request an inspection from us, whether it be for pests or termites, you can expect your inspector to arrive in the scheduled timeframe you were given. You do not have to clean or move any furniture, the inspector will look around the entire exterior of your home looking for any signs of pest or termite activity.
On a pest specific inspection, the inspector will look closely in the areas you are seeing the pest. For example, ants in the kitchen pantry (the crawlspace of your home will be inspected if the inspection is for termites).
What training/qualifications do you have?
