Environmentally Aware Rather than requiring hundreds of gallons of chemicals to be put around your home or office, the Sentricon System relies on the careful monitoring of our technicians to ensure your property is protected. The stations are only baited with a product when termites are found inside them, and the bait remains contained so that only the bait that they take with them to consume is ever outside the station.
Liquid termite treatments are another possibility for protecting homes from the dangers that these little invaders can cause. A liquid barrier around your home keeps termites from entering without your knowing it. These treatments can be tailored to fit the circumstances of your specific property so that you get the service that you need at a price you can afford.
Pest Control
Quarterly Service is our preferred method of keeping unwanted pests out of your home or business. Our goal is to create a barrier so that pests such as ants, centipedes, and roaches can’t get inside. If pests are invading inside, we’ll treat the inside and the perimeter of the structure until the pests are gone. Then, we’ll continue to service the exterior of your home or office on a quarterly basis to stop the pests from returning. The good news is you don’t even have to be home for our exterior treatments. However, if you do find pests inside and you’re on our quarterly service plan, we’ll happily come back and treat for no extra charge.
Environmentally Aware
Our general pest control services only happen once every three months because we want to use the least amount of pesticide possible to protect your property. Most of our products are labeled to work for 90 days, and we apply our products according to the directions on the label.
We use the most effective products available to eliminate your pests, but we value the well-being of your family and pets. We prefer to keep your services outside because that is generally where the pest problems originate. Exterior service means less pesticide in your home, and 90 day period cycles eliminate unnecessary treatments - and bills - for you.
One-Time Applications are also available for pests such as carpenter ants and carpenter bees that require only occasional—but intensive—treatments.
Dangerous pests such as fire ants and hornets may also require a one-time application in order to treat the whole nest. Our goal is to protect your family from painful stings or frustrating invasions that could disrupt your daily routine.
Seasonal Treatments, particularly for mosquitoes in the summer and ladybugs in the fall, are also important tools for pest control. We make a point of knowing the schedules of local pests so we can inform you of which ones are active in your area.

Our builders receive huge discounts on termite treatments, and all of our termite services come with a year-long warranty that is easily transferred to the buyers.

Our view is that we should take care of the termite letter so that you don’t have to. And, we’ll do it all for a significantly discounted price. If Russell's provides a termite treatment or if the seller already has a termite service with us, the termite letter is free of charge.
