Quarterly Service is Russell’s Pest Control’s preferred method of keeping unwanted pests out of your home or business. Our goal is to create a barrier so that pests such as ants, centipedes, and roaches can’t get inside. If pests are invading inside, we’ll treat the inside and the perimeter of the structure until the pests are gone. Then, we’ll continue to service the exterior of your home or office on a quarterly basis to stop the pests from returning. The good news is you don’t even have to be home for Russell’s exterior treatments. However, if you do find pests inside and you’re on our quarterly service plan, we’ll happily come back and treat for no extra charge.
Our service area includes about a 60 mile radius from the center of Knoxville. We’ll control your pests from Gatlinburg to Kingston and from Andersonville to Maryville.
Environmentally Aware Russell’s general pest control services only happen once every three months because we want to use the least amount of pesticide possible to protect your property. Most of Russell’s products are labeled to work for 90 days, and we apply our products according to the directions on the label.
Russell’s Pest Control uses the most effective products available to eliminate your pests, but we value the well-being of your family and pets. We prefer to keep your services outside because that is generally where the pest problems originate. Exterior service means less pesticide in your home, and 90 day period cycles eliminate unnecessary treatments – and bills – for you.
One-Time Applications are also available for pests such as carpenter ants and carpenter bees that require only occasional—but intensive—treatments. If your home’s siding is weathered with unpainted wood, you’re likely to have carpenter bees. Many of the cabins near Maryville, but especially in Walland and Townsend, are great locations for carpenter bees to bore holes in the wood. Before spring or late fall are good times to have your home treated to help eliminate carpenter bees nesting in your siding.
Dangerous pests such as fire ants and hornets may also require a one-time application in order to treat the whole nest. Russell’s goal is to protect your family from painful stings and frustrating invasions that could disrupt your daily routine.
Seasonal Treatments, particularly for mosquitoes in the summer and ladybugs in the fall, are also important tools for pest control. We make a point of knowing the schedules of local pests so we can inform you of which ones are active in your area.
A seasonal package is a monthly service that begins in April and runs through October. It helps reduce the population of pests such as carpenter bees, mosquitoes, fire ants, stink bugs, and ladybugs that are seen during this season. These treatments are only applied to the outside of your home. This can be an add-on service to your current pest control or it can be a stand-alone service.
